Buyer(s) consent to the following Terms of Services:


Buyer(s) consent to the following Terms of Services Pee Wee Pumps, LLC’s (herein after “Pee Wee Pumps” and/or “Seller”) acceptance of Buyer’s orders is expressly made conditional on Buyer’s assent to these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by all parties, the terms and conditions set forth on this credit/buyer application, order confirmation and/or invoice supersede the terms and conditions of the Buyer’s purchase order(s) and will govern all transaction between the Buyer and the Seller. These terms and conditions also apply to all future transaction unless modified in writing signed by all parties. Seller specifically rejects any terms or provisions which set any standards, specifications or damages related to quality and time of delivery or which contradict or purportedly claim to supersede these terms and conditions. Buyer’s acceptance of goods delivered by Seller in conjunction with this invoice, credit/buyer application, or order confirmation is an acknowledgement by Buyer of its acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Return Policy


Please contact our Customer Service Department at Orders@PeeWeePumps.com within 3 days of delivery of your order, Include your name, email address used for the purchase, order number and detailed description of your issue. Please attach a picture of the defect if at all possible.

Certain policies do apply:
• All sales are FINAL! Only defective items or items shipped in error may be exchanged.
• We will not accept any item that has been worn, soiled or that does not have the original packaging or tags attached to it.
• You mush contact Customer Service at orders@PeeWeePumps.com and request authorization and instructions before we will process your exchange.
• Any item received by us without authorization will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
• If your item is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and keep the item along with the original package you received it in.
• All exchanges must be received back to Pee Wee Pumps within 10 business days. If your exchange is received after that a store credit
may be issued in place of an exchange.
• Please note that the color on your screen may vary and may not be the exact color you receive due to differences in screen resolution.
• Pee Wee Pumps is NOT responsible for shipping issues due to customer error or for items lost in transit. Please double check your
mailing address, style/color before you complete your purchase. If UPS or USPS shows a delivery confirmation, a replacement order will not be
shipped.

Shipping


Here at Pee Wee Pumps LLC. We process orders daily Monday- Friday and ship all in-stock items from our warehouse in California. In stock items ship within 2-3 business. Orders are shipped by UPS and USPS mail and shipping notification email is sent to you when you order has shipped. Order tracking information is available by logging into your account at www.PeeWeePumps.com. We also offer international shipping through USPS.

USPS First Class Mail

We use First Class Mailing Option and USPS does not provide up to date tracking. First Class mail is NOT insured. Pee Wee Pumps is NOT responsible for shipping issues due to customer error or for items lost in transit. Please double check your mailing address, style/color before you complete your purchase. If UPS or USPS shows a delivery confirmation, a replacement order will not be shipped.
